Cody Fowler is Counsel for XLP. She focuses primarily on national security law and government contracts.
Prior to joining XLP, Ms. Fowler was a judge advocate in the United States Air Force. She retired in 2021 as a lieutenant colonel after 20 years of service. She practiced in a variety of areas, including government contracts, national security law, government ethics, aviation law, and military justice. Ms. Fowler began her career in the U.S. Air Force as a developmental engineer conducting flight tests on helicopters.
Ms. Fowler earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a M.S. in Engineering Mechanics.
Ms. Fowler is a member of the bars of Florida and the District of Columbia. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the U.S. , U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.
