Lakita Foster is Of Counsel for XLP.  She focuses her practice primarily on small business solutions and tax law. She also practices in the areas of including domestic relations, wills/trust, landlord/tenant law, education law, judgment enforcement, and debtor/creditor rights.

Prior to joining XLP, Ms. Foster explored her entrepreneurial dreams by owning and operating her own firm. By opening her own office Ms. Foster was able to provide affordable legal services to underserved communities. Lakita is  an  innovative  and  accomplished  professional who  offers  outstanding  problem–resolution,  thrives  in  dynamic  environments, and  quickly adapts to the ever-changing demands of the legal field. 

Lakita holds an undergraduate degree from Florida Memorial University and a JD from St. Thomas University School of Law.

She is a member of the bars of Florida and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
