Michelle Burnett-Johns brings over 30 years’ experience in management and administration to XLP. She is responsible for all business operations of the firm, including, but not limited to, human resources, finance and accounting, client relations and marketing. She manages and supervises payroll, accounts payable, and systems implementation.

Michelle has spent decades in real estate, retail management, legal support services and non-profit organizational leadership. She currently also serves as COO for XLP Consulting. Michelle is a serial entrepreneur and has been a founding member and manager of four start-up ventures, including one nonprofit.
