Associate

XLP is looking to hire a full-time associate for a current opening.

  • Current Virginia licensure is a mandatory requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is a mandatory requirement.
  • Civil litigation experience and the ability to handle small civil litigation matters and motions independently with partner supervision are mandatory requirements.
  • Maryland or DC licensure in addition to Virginia is preferred.
  • Transactional experience in addition to litigation experience is preferred.
  • Flexible schedule with work from home/remote is available.
  • Opportunities to work out of Manassas or Fairfax offices.
  • Base salary plus billing and origination bonuses and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.).

Paralegal

Executive Law Partners, PLLC is looking immediately for a part time paralegal to work in our Fairfax office.

Executive Law Partners is looking for a Paralegal with 3-5 years experience in Virginia or Federal court litigation practice. Current knowledge and experience filing Federal Appellate briefs preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, high energy, a positive attitude and the ability to work with multiple attorneys. We are very interested in someone who is fluent in speaking and writing in Spanish. Experience with Clio is a plus

This job is in our Fairfax, Virginia office. We have a collegial environment with full benefits package. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
