Associate

XLP is looking to hire a full-time associate for a current opening.

  • Current Virginia licensure is a mandatory requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is a mandatory requirement.
  • Civil litigation experience and the ability to handle small civil litigation matters and motions independently with partner supervision are mandatory requirements.
  • Maryland or DC licensure in addition to Virginia is preferred.
  • Transactional experience in addition to litigation experience is preferred.
  • Base salary plus billing and origination bonuses and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.).

Paralegal

Executive Law Partners, PLLC is looking immediately for a part-time paralegal.

Executive Law Partners, PLLC is looking for a Paralegal with 2-4 years of experience in Virginia and Federal Court litigation practice. Current knowledge and experience filing Federal Appellate briefs preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, high energy, a positive attitude and the ability to work with multiple attorneys. 

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
