During your use of this Executive Law Partners, PLLC (XLP) Website, you may provide information about yourself. XLP takes steps to prevent, to the extent possible, the unlawful or unauthorized use of your information, and, further, to avoid any accidental destruction of loss of such information. This is our Privacy Policy and it explains how XLP collects, utilizes, and protects information collected on the XLP Website. XLP will not join PII with Non-Personal Data without  your prior affirmative consent. You can opt out of Google Analytics.

The types of PII collected on the Website may include: Your name; contact information (e.g., address, phone number, and e-mail address); and other information you choose to provide.  Except as described in this Privacy Policy, XLP does not automatically collect PII about you, and does not collect such information without your consent.

Non-Personal Data: 

XLP may use Non-Personal Data in ways including, but not limited to improve and evaluate the content, the usability, and problems of the Website.  We may share your Non-Personal Data with third parties or permit third parties to place cookies and other anonymous identifiers to collect additional Non-Personal Data when you browse the Website. We or third parties may use the collected Non-Personal Data to serve advertisements and targeted advertisements to you before, during, and after your visit to the Website.

Use of Information: 

XLP will not use or disclose to any third parties the information it collects from this Website, except as provided by this Privacy Policy.  XLP may use your PII in a variety of ways including, but not limited to: Personalizing and improving the usability of the Website; Answering your emails or online requests; Fulfilling and/or delivering products and services requested by you; Delivering and processing surveys and newsletters and keeping you informed about events.  XLP will not share your PII with third parties except where you have given your express consent; or XLP, in good-faith judgment, determines it needs to provide your information to a third party to deliver services you requested; or the disclosure is required by law or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of personnel of XLP, or members of the public.
