Jill Helwig has been in the private practice of law for more than 14 years. In her role as Practice Manager and Partner at XLP, Ms. Helwig’s primary focus is on complex litigation representing the interests of corporations, government contractors, partnerships, non-profits and individuals on a variety of legal issues. She also has experience with corporate law and formation, corporate compliance and government contracts.

Other practice areas include medical malpractice, personal injury, domestic relations, employment and landlord/tenant law. Ms. Helwig is admitted to practice in Virginia before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She received her B .B.A. from Montclair State College and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
